By proceeding with services from Spiritology With Cindy you agree to the terms above and release Spiritology With Cindy from all liabilities, legal claims and expenses that may result both directly and indirectly from services performed. Spiritology With Cindy reserves the right to change these conditions at any time without notice.
Scheduling Policies
Small Group & Individual Sessions
Re-Schedules, Cancelations, & No-Shows

Appointment cancellations & reschedules with more than 24 hours notice may have their pre-payment applied to an appointment booked & attended within 30 days of the original appointment date.

Appointment cancellations (including no-shows) & reschedules with less than a 24 hour notice will forfeit their pre-paid booking cost.
Late Appointments

15 Minute Appointment:

Due to the time constraints of this session type, the appointment will be considered cancelled with no refund to the prepaid amount.

30 Minute + Appointments:

Up to 15 minutes late, the appointment will be kept and charged the original booking cost, with no refund or discount. Cindy will provide the reading within the remaining scheduled time of the appointment.

More than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be considered cancelled with no refund to the prepaid amount.

We recognize that unexpected situations, like illness, can arise. Please contact Cindy as soon as you can before the appointment. Accommodations may be made at Cindy's discretion.
